When will the marked registers and Corresponding Number List(s) - CNL's be ready?  

  • Generate your Marked Registers and Corresponding Number List(s) by going to your Modern Polling Portal.
  • On the left-hand menu select Election Reports.
  • Click “generate reports”.
  • Your reports will be generated.
  • Once complete, they can be downloaded. 


​When will the VIDEF (Voter Identification Evaluation Form) be ready?  

  •  The VIDEF will be ready when all the Polling Stations have been closed. 

 

How do I download reports by individual polling station?  

  • Go to Election Reports on your Modern Polling Portal.
  • Next to the reports is a download arrow.
  • Select the report you need and click the download arrow.
