Is the election data required for Poll Card proof sign off?  

  • For May elections election data (including the ballot file, register files and proxy file) is preferred for Poll Card proof sign off. 


For by-elections, no election data is required for Poll card proof sign off.

How do I upload poll card proofs?  


What does the Poll Card QR code need to contain?  

  • The Poll Card QR should include the voters PD Code and ENO. 
  • The QR code is in the format PDCode-ENO.
  • This is the printer specification document.

 

​How many poll cards will be proofed?  

  • Modern Democracy will proof 20 Poll Cards across a range of the stations provided. 
  • An additional proofing package can be arranged through your account manager. 

  

Will Modern Polling work without a Poll Card QR code? 

  •  Modern Polling will work without a Poll Card QR Code. Polling Station staff will have to search for a voter instead of scanning the Poll Card.
