I cannot access the portal.  

• Ensure you are using the correct mobile number to access the portal and receive an SMS with a 6 digit code to login. 
• If the mobile number is correct and you cannot access the Modern Polling portal, raise a case.

Can I add polling station staff without a mobile number for the Modern Polling app? 

• The mobile number field must be populated when manually adding a polling station staff member. 
• When uploading the staff allocation file, a mobile number should be added against each user.
• If a mobile number is wrong or has not been included, the file will show the error during upload.
• After upload, polling station staff can be edited on the Modern Polling portal and their mobile number added or amended.
